06/14/2019 The Alumni and Career Centre of YSU and the Microbial Biotechnology and Biofuel Innovation Centre of YSU organized an event entitled “Using of possibilities of microbial technology of YSU at the job market of Armenia”.

Representatives of the numerous Armenian companies such as “Armenia Wine” factory, “Yerevan Ararat Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory”, “Armas Golden Grape”, “Proshyan Brandy Factory”, “Yerevan Champagne Wine Factory”, “Ashtarak-Kat” attended the event. During the meeting, the possibilities of the center and the current master’s program “Applied Microbiology” were presented, the purpose of the program is to support increasing the competitiveness of students and graduates in the labor market, as well as to ensure effective communication between students, alumni and potential employers.

According to the memorandum of understanding, the two side will continue to actively cooperate in the field of microbiological, biochemical and biotechnological research. In addition, infrastructure links will be created, joint projects will be developed, and potential resources will be assessed and fully realized.
